The hoof color does not have to be bright or neon, but must be clearly unnatural (no brown/gray/cream hooves)
Signet may have gradients or shifts in color, but should not show patterns or symbols.
Signet cannot have a metallic finish or resemble Gilt.

Signet may affect only part of a hoof, and will do so in vertical sections that cover the hoof top-to-bottom.

• Coat: Not affected.
• Mane and Tail: Not affected.
• Skin: Not affected.
• Eyes: Not affected.
• Hooves: Unnatural color or colors; hooves do not have to match, and not all hooves have to be affected.

Range:

• Minimum: One vertical section of a single hoof is an unnatural "rainbow" color.
• Maximum: All four hooves are a variety of unnatural "rainbow" colors.

Interactions:

• Gilt: When Gilt and Signet are both present, Signet covers Gilt but may appear lower opacity, allowing some of the metallic color and shine through.
