Use 2 to add an Uncommon Modifier to a new import, or 3 to add a Rare Modifier.
To use, attach when redeeming an Import Scroll.

For Custom Imports: List desired Modifier(s) in Comments
For Mystery Imports: Note desired Modifier rarities when multiple Modifier Potions are used.
