A young filly with no memories of her past and precious few of the present, she was found by Talekeeper Tadhg at dawn after a fierce winter storm had swept through the southern reaches of the Dungeon. Suspecting she might be dungeon-born, he took the lost mare under his wing and guided her to the safety of his ally Danu and her roaming herd on the Surface. She has proven a gentle soul, and under Danu's guardianship, has gained something of a reputation as an attentive herbalist.

While she has never expressed concern about her lack of personal history, Kalina has always sensed that something calls to her from the dungeon: a siren song in a language she cannot fathom, one that has never ceased since first awakening in the snow. She intends to find the source of that song, and finally learn the meaning of words it sings so sweetly to her.
