Exiled and stripped of his title, Keranos wandered the storm-ravaged mountains on the fringes of the kingdom, consumed by despair and rage. During a fierce thunderstorm, he stumbled upon a dungeon's entryway, where he encountered an ancient altar dedicated to Thor. In a moment of desperation, he knelt and pleaded for strength to protect the innocent and vengeance against his betrayers.

The altar crackled with energy, and Thor manifested before him—a towering figure of raw power, radiating a fierce, stormy light. The god offered him a pact: in exchange for his unwavering devotion, Keranos would become a champion of lightning.

He returned to the realm, determined to reclaim his honour and seek justice for the treason he had suffered. With the blessing of Thor coursing through his veins, Keranos would strike down the corrupt, free the innocent, and restore the kingdom—this time with the fury of the tempest behind him.
