They were both original founders of Horned Heraldics, meaning they've known each other for a few years. Despite that, their relationship never really grew any further. Work is the only thing they talk about, usually agreeing on most of the decisions in the guild. They also have a fairly similar worldview. Passenger is highly respected by Husein.

Despite being Fable's older brother, he no longer has custody of him. They went their separate ways, only recently reconnecting when Fable joined Husein's guild. Fable seems strange and very distant to him, which makes Husein not want to get in his way. He believes his brother is old enough to know for himself whether he is on the right path in life.

Husein has known Osmond for longer than the guild itself was formed. He has worked with him many times, bringing him treasures from the darkness of the dungeon so that Osmond can study them in peace in his workshop. It is no wonder that they decided to found the guild together. While Osmond often pushes to go into the dungeon, Husein is usually against it, as his presence and inexperience often slows the party down. Husein believes that Osmond's role is to investigate the dungeon, not to explore it.

Husein has no idea why everyone agreed to accept Wynnstan into the guild. He sees no use in him and thinks he's just a nuisance. Husein tries to avoid him and is very strict with him when Wynnstan doesn't do his assigned tasks.

Husein and Melchior are very similar. They both come from a family focused on hard work. Husein likes working with her, although he has never told her so. He likes Melchior's quietness and her determination that makes her complete every task with integrity. He believes that the guild wouldn't be the same without her.

Even though they haven't known each other for long, Ginerva somehow managed to gain Husein's trust, which is hard to achieve. Maybe she reminds him of someone? Seeing her inventive mind, he suggested she could join the guild, and they've been working together ever since. Ginerva slowly breaks down Husein's walls, and thanks to her he's trying to be more open about himself.
