Akuji took Moaivee under his own wing when he realized she had powers she herself couldent understand and he has quickly taken advantage of her loneliness in this world to teach and manipulate her mind and loyalty to the cult itself and he is very proud of how far she has come and he sees her as very gifted yet vulnreable.
He isnt too happy about Moaivee having a relationship and being overall protected by the cults own powerhouse of a monster heraldic as he sees it as intervening with his work and progress even if Moaivee shows no sign in decline..might just be his loss in power and control over her
