Generations ago, after the first dungeoneer entered the caves, the Creux family founded one of the grottos' numerous communities. The settlement piqued the interest of new adventurers, and merchants followed like birds to the south. There had always been a level of crime in the community; treason from inside the noble family, however, was unexpected. The public continues to be in the dark, but the Duke's death and the enormous bounty on his daughters head was enough to make out the picture.
