"What are you doing?! We, we have to run!" Fetch barked, panicked by Phaegan's lack of urgency. The charming young stallion just grinned broadly. "Haven't you met my sister? She's the one who suggested I contract you to show me how to get back home," "Your sister?!" Fetch sputtered, "Don't tell me you-" 
"Be careful, Fetch! The lava's coming! Don't get distracted by my brilliance," He crowed and the silvery mare rolled her eyes, carefully stepping away from the warming rocks and the surge of thick, slow-moving lava as it swelled around Phaegan's hooves and lapped at them like waves on a shore. 

"It's amazing! I really feel like I'm home," he insisted, sitting back on his haunches and feeling the heat swallow him like a good wade in the summer ocean. He began to swim, much to the awe and bewilderment of Fetch, who quite rapidly remembered Phoenix, his sister, when he stood there waiting for the lava to consume him in the most cathartic of ways.
