Not the most bright or brave, but Arthur certainly has quite the mouth. Not as much as his brother, Midas, but he complains enough that you won't forget his voice.

Arthur is one of the sons of Hellish Rebuke, the leader of Hell's Watch. Although it was not by choice at all that these two are related...it just happened to be one unlucky drop of blood that caused this heraldic to appear. Unfortunately, he was damned to be in Hell's Watch from the moment he returned, yet a part of him hoped that he could leave after just a simple misunderstanding. However, Hellish forced him to take the banner and swear to the band. And so, he now lives under the name of a criminal...unknown to the law.
