Moiraine has travelled far- further than most- in search of a place worthy of calling home. She has seen the very depths of the dungeon, the heights of the tall mountains on the surface, the peaceful and dark valleys and forests that dot the land in between. So far has she come and so long has she wandered, in fact, that she does not even remember the place of her birth, her parents, or any family she may have left behind. All that remains is the drive to continue onwards. The dungeons have ways of stripping down a Courser to their barest of elements; for Moiraine, all that remains is the desire to see more, more, more.

She has halted her journey for a time in a valley surrounded by a forest beautiful and deep, home to a Guild of craftsmen and artists. Though she is by no means any of those things, the Guild opened its arms to recieve her, and so she has remained- for now.
