Parallax is surprisingly self concious about his appearence. particularly the leg that bears his somatic. he hates that it perpetually looks bloodstained, remembering all too keenly his dam calling him a 'monster' and the teasing jeers of other foals as he grew up

Despite growing up from that point within a loving and supportive family, thanks to Kiyomi her mate and their foals who cleaved to him not even questioning him as being their brother. He has a lot of self loathing as he fears he may very well be the monster his dam said he was. after all he had proof with how badly he beat down another foal his age when he finally snapped after being pushed too far, sending that foal to the healers (though his little big sibling refers to it as "nothing short of 'badass! ") He was mostly left alone after that.

He is a prouder stallion of his own power than he was in his youth having trained to harnass his strength to help others and to be in control of conflicts. now working as a body guard to his family to protect them from bigger monsters than himself. He  highly adept at meeting force with appropriote force, using his intimidating presence as a deterant and he has come to actually enjoy a good fight or spar to stay sharp and to blow off steam.

With strangers he has a manner one would liken to a trained guard dog. Wary, watchful and sharp. Those who go further find a deeply devoted, loyal and dedicated soul. A quiet stallion who will defend those he loves with his life.
