A thin and frail looking stallion with a bad habit of staring blankly at the surfaces around him.  At first glance, his personality is haunting and avoidant.  In reality, he is simply terrible at socializing and finds personal interactions with strangers draining.  When alone with his partner, Strix, he finds himself much more willing to talk and interact.  Perhaps it's Gaunt's soothing voice or his gentle demeanor that helps put Dagger at ease.
