[DD1] Old dust
Lemon had entered the dungeon for a second time. With new courage, and a new friend! He had recently invested in getting acquainted with a new golden coated canine friend, and he had brought it along on his new adventure so it could help him out if he was ever in danger again, like the last time he had gone. It was a handful however as he wasn't very close with the canine creature yet, and they had a long road to go to get more familiar. So the first half of their new adventure together, Lemon was chasing after the Golden hound to make sure it instead wouldn't get in danger.
He sighed after the 5th time of trying to keep it from running off and disappearing. Maybe he could give it something to keep it occupied? He could've just tied a rope around the canine's neck, but the thought didn;t occur to him. He went looking through the corridors he already knew, (while avoiding the one where he found that fungi thing) and eventually found an old bone to give to the hound. The hound happily took it and started gnawing on it whenever they paused. His plan worked! The hound no longer randomly ran off, now occupied with its new plaything.
Now he felt he could explore more. He eventually came around an unfamiliar corner and walked into an old camp. It looked dusty and abandoned, and once he came closer out of curiosity he could see it was not just a recent abandoned camp, but a rather ancient one. He saw items he's never seen before! It was amazing! He carefully looked through it all, and suddenly came upon something carved in stone. "Gala-... tea?" He murmured to himself. What an odd word. He looked back at his hound companion, who was still gnawing on the bone he gave him before, not even bothered by whatever lemon was doing or saying.
He looked back at the engraved stone. He wondered what it could be. Maybe something important? He took a large leaf he found on the wall and used it as a temporary paper base to rub the engravement onto it with some of the dust and charcoal laying in the old camp. Once back on the surface he could copy it more properly as it seemed like an important thing to remember. Maybe it wasn't in the end, but it had piqued his interest.
"You find yourself in an odd corner of the caverns with what look like the remains of an old camp. Besides the iron cookery and dust-filled humanoid armor, you feel that if you touched any of it, it might buckle under the weight of time. Carved into the stone is a strange word: GALATEA. What do you make of this?"
