[DD1] [dd1] Like a Forgotten Memory...or uh..Camp

The rhythmic sound of hooves striking cobblestone echoed through the quiet air. The repeated clip - clop-clip-cloping soothed the stallion's own ears as he walked. There was a pause in the sound as the stallion stopped with a small sigh through his nostrils. There was an odd…yet old smell lingering in the air. Cadaver's ears perked yet his eyes narrowed suspiciously at the strange smells. With a stomp of a hoof and a flick of his tail, the black and white stallion turned, moving in the direction of the smell out of pure curiosity at this point. The sound soon faded as hooves met broken stones and dirt.

The black and white Tobiano paused once more as he tilted his head with pinned back ears. In front of him was an old dusty Camp, the setup was barely standing after the years of being abandoned. His nostrils flared in disgust as he looked at the dust and cobwebs that covered all the old iron. He walked through the old ruins slowly, keeping his head high and clear of the dust covered items. He was about to leave when he noticed something strange. There was weird writing on a slab of stone in the corner.

Cadaver's tail swished as he tilted his head before lowering it to sniff the stone. His head shook with a sneeze, kicking up the dust that covered the rock. He waited for a moment for the dust to clear before reading what was on it. ‘Galatea? The hell does that mean?’ Cadaver thought to himself as he raised his head back up with a huff. Seeing how nothing important was here besides a strange word, Cadaver turned and headed back the way he came. Leaving behind the camp like a distant memory once again.
