As the golden horse wakes up in the morning after last nights get together with terrence, kai rushed out of bed and gathered seigmyer into his holster and quickly ran out to the market in search of terrence as he knew that if they went into the dungeon together, they would be able to effectively double there gold output if they worked together. As the bustling morning market roared with the towns horses, kai spotted his friend in the distance buying up supplies as he seemed to be heading out into the dungeon as well. “Hey Terrence, wait up, let's go together to get some gold!” the black horse turned around and smiled as the spotted the golden horse running up to him and nodded, accepting the company of his new friend and they went off together for the dungeon. As they walk down the now familiar entrance, the heat rises from the depths of the floor and the sweltering lava laid out before them as they carefully traverse the crumbling castles and lava lakes. As they traversed the landscape they came upon a giant bridge, which led to a huge white crumbling castle and kai perked up. “I bet there is Gold in there!” he pointed as Siegmyer shook in agreement. The black stallion nodded and they went along the bridge and as they got to the middle, their ears pricked as the hot air was pierced by otherworldly barking. A pack of hellhounds seemed to lay in wait at the end of the bridge and as they turned around, another set closed off their exit. “Looks like we have another battle on our hands, you take the group on the front and I will handle the group behind us” . At that, the black horse ran up to the pack and pulled out his sword and started swinging and entered the fight. Kai stayed where he was and summoned up his eldritch blast and four golden crystals formed above him and they shot out at the beasts and each one hit their mark and took them out in one shot. As Terrence finished up his fight, he came to check on his friend and smiled. “Looks like we can continue forward” kai nods as they make their way past the now dead hell hounds and into the broken castle. They made their way to the throne room and saw a loot chest on the ground and Kai rushed over to collect it. Kai puts the chest into siegmyer and runs off to look for more loot for them to get and terrence follows him room after room, collecting all the things that seemed to be of value. After getting their haul of goodies they found a safe spot in the rooms and went ahead and divided up the loot. After going through some other broken down castles, they go ahead and call it for the day and make their way back to the surface as the night cool air hits them. A refreshing mist hit their coats as it was a huge difference in temperature. “We made a ton of gold today! I hope to get more gold on my next adventure!” the two of them say their goodbyes and they both head off to their respective residence and rest up for the next adventures.
