Silas trotted along a dangerous path. On both sides he was surrounded by scalding hot lava, and the path ahead was small and treacherous. Each step he took he had to make deliberately, and be careful about it. His Moth buddy couldn't help him here either, as it was too light to check for loose cobblestones, or lose anything really, and the heat might make it hard to fly due to its fragile and thin wings. 

He took a moment, pausing on the path and looked back to his tail, as it was where his giant moth buddy was currently resting. He sighed in relief upon seeing it was still okay, and still with him. He had grown quite attached to it, and didn't want anything to happen to it. Despite the danger of The Earthen Furnace, it didn't feel right to travel without it. He knew what dangers to look out for when it came to the moth in this place, so as long as they played it safe, it'd be fine. 

But one of his items wasn't as fine. He took a step too soon, as he was still turning his head from looking at the moth, back to the path ahead, and hadn't noticed one of the stones on the path being slightly above the rest, making him trip. He caught himself before he really fell, and the moth held on just fine to his tail, but one of the items he had brought, an interesting coin, flew out the bag from the sudden commotion. All he could do was watch disappointedly as the lava claimed it. But hey at least it was him, or his moth buddy, or both, down in that lava.
