"Oh, that's… creepy." Moonlit muttered. The wall's enormous carved face resembled an ogre or troll. The mouth is open in a massive cavernous tunnel, the opening to a new area. Moonlit planned to return to the surface, but this made her pause. Her ears flattened, some quiet part of her urging her to explore this one last room of the dungeon before heading back.

Marmalade meowed and nuzzled his momma's neck, his tail hanging from Moonlit's side. Moonlit hesitated, but it gave her a reason to avoid attempting to cross the rope bridge without a stallion to watch Marmalade. So, she whispered, "One more room, Marmalade. We'll head for the surface after." Marmalade mewed in response, giving Moonlit a little lick. Moonlit smiled and began trotting forward, peering into the tunnel first before trotting inside.

It was a tight fit, of course. She could squeeze through, but Marmalade seemed unbothered. A small tight tunnel, which seemed designed for a smaller creature to climb through, but Moonlit managed… barely.

She glanced backward and was startled by the second carving, jumping a little. Marmalade jumped too, even. The carving appeared even more ghastly this time, with a twisted, crazed expression. "…Jee, that's comforting." Moonlit mumbled, trying to brush away her nervousness with a joke as she stepped back away from it, almost worried it might reach out of the wall at her.
