Dear Diary,

My morning pondering of home was a little too mushy gushy for me. So I took a walk, and you will never believe what I found! Way back in the farthest corner of the dungeon was a tunnel lined with strangle vines. They where thick and ropey, clinging tight to the walls and floors for dear life. Naturally, I followed them deeper into the tunnel, watching as they got thicker and thicker. Eventually, they were nearly as thick as I am tall! They led to a large cavern and words can not describe what I saw in there...

But, I will do my best. It was a plant, obviously, as tall as the room. Tucked protectively in the vines was an enormous flower of some sort. Looked like... a carafe? Like something you pour water with... It was so bizzare. It's uh.. petals? Such pretty shades of red and green with a slight purple tone... dark and shiny. Ethera seemed to admire it as well, floating aroud behind it for a closer look. And that's when I saw it... the clear and unmistakable outline of an Equine... floating in the very owels of this plant. Do plants have bowels? Well, this one did!

"Ethera get away from that thing it's carnivorous!" I yelled to my pet as I hightailed it back into the tunnels we had just come through.

Now, I know what you are thinking... but Asther.. you love the idea of death and you'd be right. But listen, as poetic as the sound of being slowy digested, long drawn out and agonizing, mirroring the slow tourture that is living sounds. I had to save my pet. Obviously.

Like really, who would care for Ethera if I jumped into the mouth of an enormous flower? Speaking of which... they are hungry so I should probably find them some alge to nibble on.
