The music room led to a beautiful little brook, the colors almost as vibrant as the mushrooms in the previous room. Slow and supple, sweet as a summer breeze. It was unusual, but wasn't everything here unusual? She'd never played mushrooms like drums that spoke in fluting tones before, never danced as a door grit itself into the ground. Why wouldn't the water be odd, and abnormal, and strange, and beautiful?

Water was everywhere, perfect and pristine. She'd never, ever been harmed by water, except maybe for reflecting that she miserably alone. Alone. Friendless, but she had so many friends. She had so many friends, she just... coulnd't remember their names, or the last time she'd seen them, or the last time they'd come to find her. Which meant they were great friends, right - that distance and time didn't break their relationship, but they could just fall into it again as though nothing had changed. Maybe that was the case.

But, at the moment, Chasvla was lonely.

No! No she wasn't, because there was a pretty little steam that deserved her attention and she wouldn't ignore it anymore! She would pay attention to it, and look into it, and stick her feet in... and taste it. Water had never hurt her before.

And, when she found herself getting sleepy, she had to admit that she still wasn't hurt, even as her body crashed gently to the ground.
