[EASY] You're Wanted Coast To Coast
"Punk." Everglow's wispy voice catches Splatter's ear, and they pause in their step, Flume also stalling up short.
"Hmm...?"
"There are three strangers rifling through our shit." Splatterpunk pushed themselves forward, slipping up beside Everglow on the rise of rock. Behind them, Happenstance, ears flicking nervously, and Obstruction, head tilted to one side pushed up to eye the situation below too.
A bay pearl colored courser was directing it - a yellow and teal fellow taking most of what was rummaged out by a red dun with a distinct dark face marking. The voices were muffled, obviously trying to keep it low lest the owners of the camp were nearby. There was no mere curiosity here, this was intentional theft.
Splatterpunk scowled.
"Obstruction, you and Happenstance circle around - come in from the other side. Happen in the back. Let them engage with you instead of him, we- well, we want to avoid fire." Obstruction clucked their tongue, and nodded, turning to tug at Happenstance's cloak, to tug him along after them.
"Ever, you and I. We'll ask them straight out what they're doing." Ever half-smiled, and slipped into step behind Splatterpunk, and Flume, as they wound their way down the rocky terrain.
"HEY. What are you doing there?"
Cutpurse nearly dropped his dagger, and swore.
"Loot, start heading off-" He swung his head up, and wandered casually over to peer at Splatterpunk - the sword on their side, and the heraldic a bit behind them. Ne'erdowell stepped up next to him, and squinted at Everglow a moment - some look of faint familiarity.
"What seems to be the problem?" Cutpurse said, voice almost a purr. Splatter squinted.
"This is our camp. You've got half our supplies on your yellow and teal friend over there. Drop it, and leave, and there will be no trouble." Obstruction and Happenstance hadn't come into sight yet.
Cutpurse looked thoughtful.
"Hmm, well - LOOT, BOOK IT, NE'ER, HAVE AT IT-"
"You head back to your makeshift camp to rest after a brief but perilous exploration of a pit nearby. When you return, you find that another adventuring party has taken up residence and is rummaging through your treasure! Diplomacy is ineffective; these ruffians won't move unless you move them.
Your party must make a Might check to take back their camp!"
