The adventure of the Coffee Crew was off to a pleasant start. Into the dungeon the two coursers carefully made their way through the twists and turns. The trail had been marked well by now from others who had traveled this way before leaving little to be explored in the early chambers.This put the two equines at ease as they carried casual conversation with one another.

Cappuccino lead the way musing over the new prospects of a guild specifically focusing on that of coffee. "Certainly different than what I have seen so far." he spoke glancing over his shoulder at Latte. The dark brown courser slid down some rocks nearly colliding in the soft cream color puck but managed to right herself. "I have always had a dream of a simple cafe on the surface with the scent of roasting beans to soothe travelers." she replied softly. Cappuccino paused checking on her before continuing on through some dense flora. He nipped at a few vines pulling them aside so that Latte could go ahead before he cleared his throat. "Perhaps if we...found some old magic it could help in that dream of yours?" he offered.

Before Latte could respond to such a curious comment, a pot rattled while another clattered open. "Coffee?! WHO has coffee!?" the clay pot rattled obnoxiously. Another pot joined in and spat some dust from it's container "Nobody talks about tea anymore! What I wouldnt give I tell ya for a fancy brew of the finest leaves." The two coursers paused looking at the assortment of pots that seemed to range from small to wide and were adorned with colorful paints.

"Excuse me, you speak?" Latte asked as she approached the assortment to get a closer look upon them. "Oh we speak alright, and we are tired. TIRED! That ol' wizard didn't bother to think about what he stored and now we can rattle on!" the first pot cried out and slammed it's lid shut in frustration. Latte shot Cappuccino a glance at the mention of a wizard then back to the containers. "So you are made of magic! Where is this wizard you speak of?" Cappuccino asked intrigued.

"Wouldn't you like to know? WoULDNT WE LIKE TO KNOW!" the second pot whined out before another mocked it with a scoff. "Probably find that ol' bag in the buried kingdom lost in some new set up." it continued. There was a small pause before a small pot piped up "Anyone else hungry?" it asked before a chorus of "YEAH" started to pick up at different intervals between the containers.

Latte glanced at her saddlebag warily as she was protective of what supplies they had brought along. They had yet to find any treasure and there was nothing to gather to feed these clay pots. She assumed anything that filled them would be satisfying but there seemed to be nothing worth mentioning. Cappuccino could see his companion's consideration before he smirked with an idea. "Alright you lot. If we offer you something filling could you perhaps tell us more of this wizard you know?" he spoke with an amused tone.

"Whaddya got..?" the first pot asked curiously and the others fell into silence waiting to see what the offer was. "Fresh brewed coffee with chocolate covered espresso beans." he replied then tugged at a small satchel to wave the scent of beans at them. The pots rattled excitedly as this was something they had not had before. "Alright alright! We'll tell ya what we know but you gotta let us try this...coffee." it responded with a grizzly voice at the end.

"Latte, time to test out your brews." he called to his friend and helped pull at the bags to gather their supplies for preparing the hot brew. The two worked together to kick the flint stones together to start a small fire for the water and began the process of making fresh coffee.

Some time passed and Cappuccino assisted with pouring a cup of coffee into each of the pots with two covered beans each. "Ahh thats the good stuff. We've not had anything to store in...AGES!" the first pot exclaimed as it let the contents simmer around for a moment. "Not the most fulfilling but eh, a deal is a deal. The wizard ya see, is one with old knowledge of how things once were. He's obsessed with the old world and went further into the dungeons to find something."

Latte perked her ears and raised her head "Is the wizard...a courser?" she asked carefully. "WHat?!? Does it look like we got eyes missy?" one of the pots stirred and rattled which set the others off in a chorus of arguing. Cappuccino rolled his eyes and looked to Latte with a smile "Means we might find more than our quest down here if we are lucky. I doubt this lot knows much more than this but we are on the right track." he spoke before putting things back into the bags carefully.

Latte stompped the last embers out and tapped her hoof on the floor "You bunch stay well and hopefully we'll find your wizard to return to you." The pots all rattled in laughter as this was more amusing than anything for them. Cappuccino nudged his companion along and the two set out on their way along the trail. Perhaps a slightly frustrating encounter but least they had begun their journey as the Coffee Crew.
