[DD1] Found cracks along my bones

Tarnish's pale gold body rushed past Rake without even a hello, which was... fair enough. Rake had hardly managed to say anything before he'd rushed for him, in that castle on the moor, when he was clad in stone.

Prism wound himself through the doorway not long after, and Rake recalled something.

"Prism? Are you busy, now?" Prism looked mildly surprised to be addressed, having been staring fixed at the stranger, Foxglove, across the space with clear bemusement.

"..Mhm? What does Rakehell require?" He said in his low, rasped voice after a moment, and Rake tilted his head.

"It's something I can do for you. Your room-?"

"... Weeell alright, Rake..." There was a lilt to his voice, and a raised brow muscle, as Rake trailed his step after the slight, odd thing. A few moments later they were in Prism's ... well, Lair seemed most apt, surrounded by his carefully organized collection, including, on a stone table top, several mostly assembled 'man' skeletons - all missing the skull. On another surface, a few portions of mostly shattered 'human' skulls lay just as well.

"... Prism."

"Rake? What did you need my room for, then-?"

Rake unbuckled his packs, gently letting them lower to the floor, and pushing one in front of Prism with his nose. "Open that up, and have a poke around."

Prism set to unbuckling it with his teeth, head dipping inside - and gasped.

"Rake! They're perfect..." He nosed over each intact human skull, admiring them, and carefully nudged them into open air. "If you're trying to ply me or make yourself extremely attractive, you're succeeding. At either. At both really-"

"Ah, well, I wasn't trying for anything at all, really. I hope they help your pet project, then?"

Prism chuckled in that soft, rasped way that made almost anyone else suspicious of their intentions, intent dark gray eyes meeting Rake's own gleaming copper ones.

"Yes. Yes it will. Oh- did you know why Corrode's back-?" The moment of something sparking in Rake's throat, another 'offer' was stifled, delayed.

"... Of course. I brought him home."

There was a stretch of silence between them, and Rake felt Prism's gaze searching him over.

"... Hmm. You haven't eaten this dawn?" Rake blinked and realized he hadn't. He'd sent Foxglove off to eat, but ... Corrode was home. He-

He was allowed to want, and to eat. Wasn't he?

Prism slipped past him, catching the far end of Rake's long prehensile tail in his mouth, giving a tug.

"Bones need fuel to move. Come."

Rake could not argue this.

"In the caverns, the growling of stomachs makes an echo. What do you do when you (and/or your party) get hungry?"

(The pet I'm claiming bonus for is Prism's in construction skeletal servant, Finale.)
