Elidyr's hooves clacked softly against the stoney ground, walking down a small decline, the lantern strapped to his harness providing faint light to guide him forwards. His ears flickered back slightly as he heard a faint noise approach behind him.

He picked up his pace, not wanting to run into any other Coursers, yet the noise got louder...it was buzzing. And it was getting closer fast. He dared to look back, eyes widening at the big, black cloud of bugs approaching. Hundreds, if not thousands of small bugs in a swarm suddenly chasing him. His trot quickly turned into full gallop, rushing down the slope before turning into a hole on the side of the wall, ducking inside as he tried to shake off the bugs, but they just kept getting closer.

The buzzing kept getting louder in his head, laboured breathing almost silent against the deafening noise. It was like it started to surround him, like the bugs started to cocoon him, trapping him in their unyielding grasp.

He didn't even notice that he wasn't moving anymore, stuck standing as his mind stayed stuck in the panic. The buzzing didn't stop, even though the bugs had long dispersed.
