[DD1] Questionable Dungeon Drink

A brook both ominous and beautiful in equal measure, sitting in the wild growth of the caverns, colors dancing across the surface of the water. A wonderful display of the sun's effects on water while also being far away from the real sun on the surface.

One should avoid such tricks, as there's no way to know what could happen should such unnaturally perfect water be consumed.

However, if anyone had tried to warn Madness about this, it wouldn't be much use. By the time the sweet scent hit his nostrils, he had already dunked his head into the brook, drinking so much of the water that he might as well be inhaling it.

Washing down bundles of dungeon junk in the courser's belly with mysterious water with unknown properties, Madness was very pleased with himself once he pulled his head from the surface, definitely refreshed. It was a plus that the water covering his face cooled him down just a bit.

If he had the materials, he would definitely be putting more of the delicious water into pots for later- but for now he had to be satisfied with drinking as much as he could handle while still being prepared for the continued journey through the dungeon.

A courser wandering the caverns with a mix of unknown herbs and mysterious liquids in his gut. What could possibly go wrong?

"Veteran adventurers know that potable water is plentiful on this level of the dungeon, trickling in various veins throughout the caverns – but you have stumbled upon a beautiful brook that glistens rainbow as it moves. It is alluring like no water you’ve ever seen on the surface. It even smells sweet. Do you drink, or do you find it too good to be true?"
