Pov Odessa/black Lilly

My very first party and this time I’m leading my friends on this adventure! We have been packing and gearing up for this adventure all of this morning. Hallow is staying home to make sure the rats and slimes don’t get into our stuff. They were very happy to stay home haha. Nyx and wisp are getting along really well … I think they might be twins at this point . Apollo , a newer addition, has been a bit of a grump and hasn’t said a word yet but he wanted to go on this campaign trip so oh well the more the merrier.

As we set out we said our goodbyes and headed down the path of mystery. Wisp and nyx kept giggling and singing during the travels, I can’t lie … I loved their songs . Apollo kinda just stayed in the back , i'm not really sure what his issues are but it’s kinda sad he won’t talk. After a couple hours of traveling we came across a pair of doors, I opened them and everyone jumped expecting something to eat me but nothing was there . It appeared to be an old library of a long lost mage, how weird it was. There were lots of shelves, dust and books all around. 

“ look for some supplies or loot “ I told the group

“ come nyx let’s look “ wisp said in a exciting tone 

Apollo stood and looked at me , I guess we are staying in pairs for safety but jeez no need to stare at me like you want to behead me. As we continue our little search in mage’s library I spotted an interesting book , but when I approached it shot out and hit me in the face.

“ ouch “ I said will stumbling backwards 

I fell into Apollo taking him out, he snorted and stared at me while helping me up . The book started shooting out and circles around us screaming different languages at us and hitting us. Soon nyx and wisp came running while being chased by some books. Who knew reading books could be the end of us, I rushed everyone out of the library while kicking a couple books away. My wisp pet appeared and tried to fight some of the books as well.

“ get out, hurry !” I yelled

Nyx , wisp and Apollo ran down the road and soon I followed after. Reading books proved to be deadly . I made sure that everyone was ok before we started up again at all. I had grabbed one of the strange books for examining later on. My wisp didn't approve of this tho.
