Punk moves through the dungeons, her pink and blue hair rustling in the slight breeze- where it’s coming from, she can’t say. She has a specific mission today, and nimbly moves through the passageways. Her eagle, Spider, flies behind her, occasionally landing to peck at a bug. The call of the dungeon today was stronger than ever, and Punk knew she had to answer it. Moving hastily, not quite sure what she was looking for, she squeezed herself into a narrow tunnel, her gut telling her whatever she needed to find was on the other side. Hands braced against the walls, she moves more slowly, unsure of what she will find. Spider’s talons clicked against the floor as she followed her, walking, as there was not enough space to fly, or even think of it. Punk winces as a millipede walks over her hand.

“Hey Spider, heads up.” She grins as she hears the bird’s beak ring against the rock wall, knowing she caught the bug. Finally, the tunnel widened into a large chamber, filled with… bones. Seeing a skeleton or two scattered in the dungeons isn’t unusual, but these bones lined all of the walls, floor to ceiling- and the ceiling was very high. 

“What are these?” She whispers to herself, standing up straight after being hunched over in the tunnel. There is so much to take in that it takes a moment for her eyes to land on one skull, prominently displayed in front of the rest, surrounded by a wide ring of various finger and toe bones. The skull is decorated with jewels, all large and screaming of wealth and importance. However, the most odd thing is a ring of metal sitting atop the head, with metal peaks every few inches. This has even more jewels than the rest of the skull. Punk knows that this is what she felt compelled to find, but she isn’t sure why. She has seen these before, but neither she nor any other courser she knows know what they are called, or what they are for. 

“They go on your head?” She asks out loud. The only response is the scratch of Spider’s talons as she tries to reach a bug that has hidden under a leg bone. 

After thoroughly inspecting the bejeweled skull, Punk carefully explores the rest of the cave, seeing if any other bones call out to her or strike her as odd, but there’s nothing. No clue as to what called her into this cave. That is, until she hears the gush of a stream, coming from a crack in the cave wall…
