Everyone froze, the light snores from the eight legged creature the only noise in the cavern. 

Terrence looked angry, glancing over at everyone to mouth ‘I fucking told you so’. 

Taking charge, Cassius got everyone’s attention and waved over to the next exit, nodding his head towards it. Everyone came to an understanding and eagerly nodded their heads. 

Cassius lead the plan, taking gentle steps in order to not make any noise. Sasha urged Atlas and Terrence to go next, leaving her behind to fight the spider off. 

The snores stopped for a second, everyone’s eyes widening and hooves freezing on the spot. A slight turn and rearrangement of long, gangly legs and the spider was snoring again. 

Slipping out of the room, everyone was safe. They quickly sped down the corridor and round the corner, coming to a stop in a large room. 

“That was way too close, we were almost goners.” Atlas exclaimed, relief in his voice.

Terrence rolled his eyes, “I told you guys something was off and nobody bothered to listen.” 

“Oh please, like you had any idea there would be a giant spider taking a nap.” Atlas scoffed, stomping his hoof down.

“Why do I even bother with you? You’re literally a child.” 

Atlas jumped into Terrence’s face, barging him back, “A CHILD? You’re the one who needs an attitude adjus-“

The ground rumbled around them, the sound of stone on stone echoed throughout the room. 

“Guys.. I think there’s bigger matters here..” Cassius frightfully said. 

They were all now stood on a thin stone path, the ground around them drifting far apart, leaving a chilling abyss beneath them.
