Moritz trots down the corridor, ears swivelling to listen to their surroundings. Water would drip down from the roof into little puddles along the stone-tiled floor, echoing of their hooves hitting the tile and bouncing around the walls as they moved along. 

They would let a nervous knicker leave them as they heard a noise behind them, picking up the pace as they turned to the left at an intersection. “Almost home..” A mutter under their breath, ears flicking as they would set their gaze upon the door ahead of them. “Just have to make it down this road..” 

They’d pick up the pace, feeling as if something was hot on their heels. Slipping just inside the door and shutting it behind them, letting a deep and heavy sigh leave their tense body. “I need to be braver..” They’d mutter, wandering over to the soft bed they had made out of furs and hides. 

Dropping their knees down onto the bed, their hind end would soon follow as they’d drop their heavy body onto the soft surface. “Maybe i should find someone else to adventure with in the future.” They’d comment to themselves, laying their head down as they’d yawn. 

It had been a long day of adventuring, after all.
