Reina cautiously sniffs the mysterious boulder, a strange unctuous goo cascading off of it. Without warning, the rock rolled... no... moved forwards, almost in response to her prodding. A large eyeball lazily bobbed into the mare's sightline from behind the boulder, held aloft by the slimiest and thinnest antennae that she had ever witnessed. With a resounding scoff, the large snail slowly slithered out of the archway, leaving a trail of pink fluid in its wake. 

Guess he doesn't like neighbors, she thought. Reina continued forwards, carefully manuevering her way over the goo and grime of the cavern.
