The next cavern was more 'natural' with less signs of industry. It was mostly a lava pit and the heat increased exponentially.

Cassimir was complaining about sweating too much and Everard encouraged him to stop and take a drink of water. 

Both of them followed his advice.

"Hey is that a lizard?" Cassimir asked pointing out a creature on the ground.

"Those are rare and valuable," Everard explained, "It's a bit far from the magma that keeps it alive though, so it might already be dead."

"Hmm... we can throw it back in," Cassimir suggested, "I have no interest in toting it around."

After there was no objects, Cassimir scopped it up an deposited it into the nearest magma pool. After about a minute, it suddenly came to life and scampered off.

"That was cute!"

Everard shook his head silghtly. He was trying to get used to how exuberant the blonde courser was but it was hard. It was a sharp contrast too from how deadly he was when fighting. It was almost as if he had a split personality.

"Are either of you mated or married?" Everard asked, he was really curious Cassimir but diluted by asking them both.

"I'm not! Don't remind me either!" Cassimir huffed, as they continued along the passageway. 

"I am," Latihir affirmed, "As soon as I am settled he will be coming over."

"He married a Hanith," Cassimir said, adding more ocntext.

"Oh my that must have caused ripples," Everard commented.

Latihir just smiled in response.
