After the run in with the imps, there was nothing much more of interest in the room so they continued on. The next room they came to was equally empty but you could hear the clanging of a working forge very clearly almost as if it was behind one of these walls.

"I find black smithing very fascinating but it is hot and heavy work," Cassimir noted while tossing his blonde mane, "I prefer fighting."

"I don't mind black smithing, but I don't have the talent required for it or weaponsmithing. I have done my fair share of metal smithing though," Latihir said, speaking up for the first time.

"What is the difference?" Cassimir asked him.

"In metal smithing, at least what I was responsible for in the army, I just melted down ore into bars. It was more about creating the raw materials for the other specialized smiths to use than anything else," Latihir said. 

"Ah that's interesting! I don't think I could do that either," Cassimir considered, "I'm good at fighting and nothing else."

"You're also good at talking," Everard quipped and Cassimir rolled his eyes at him while Latihir chuckled.

"Metal smithing is useful though, and it will help with the King's expansion into Lumia," Everard noted, "That is one of the reason why I chose this dungeon as the introductory dive location. The raw materials available here are unmatched."

"Sounds good to me," Latihir agreed.

They continued on, setting a brisk pace despite the conversation.
