Everard met Onir and Hassir at the port in Windrise in the dead of the night. He did this to avoid the fanfare that usually accompanied a foreign national visiting. 

Hassir was his cousin but among the Nevith clan that did not stop them from being closer than most brothers. He and Hassir had training in the military together years ago and there was hardly anyone else alive that he trusted more.

Onir wearing a beautiful blue robe along with the traditional view met him gangplank and then accompanied him up to the Captain's cabin on the gigantic ship.

Hassir was waiting for him with rum and food.

"Welcome brother!" Hassir said enthusiastically.

Everard was his usual grumpy self but this did not deter Hassir at all. After a few queries to catch up on each other's lives which reduced the few years apart to nothing in a span of minutes, they started to talk about the planned trip to the dungeons.

Hassir had decided on expansion to Lumia after growing tired of turf wars at home, hindering his business. Lumia had a rich dungeon culture which was lacking in Uben so he was glad to have Everard be the first goer. Once everything was finalized, the topic switched to country and family matters and the pair talked until morning break.

Everard took Hassir and Onir, directly into the Earthen Furnace. Despite Onir's delicate appearance he was a seasoned warrior as well.

"We're going to come up to one of the famous bridges here in the dungeon. It requires speed and dexterity to cross but it shouldn't be anything that you two can't handle," Everard said.

When they came upon the bridge, Hassir chuckled. The bridge was missing planks in some areas enough to create a gap that one would have to leap over.

"We can make it," Onir agreed.

Everard did not dissuade them, and so the three green coursers were soon streaking across the bridge, throwing caution to the wind.
