Chaos took the next path in the dungeon hoping that this time he would find something a lot more interesting than a giant.

"How dare he just be laying down there! I swear one day when I get super strong, I'm going to come back and hit him with an elemental spell out of this world and shatter him into a million pieces!"

Samuel and the slime were being subjected to Chaos' rants and they really had no choice but to listen. 

He was getting quite worked up thinking about how sneaky the giant was to lay there like a mini mountain and draw in unsuspecting coursers like himself!

"He thinks just cause he is big he can get away with everything!" Chaos muttered, "I'll show him one day!"

Chaos was not really minding where he was going; when he caught himself he was heading towards a dead end tunnel that was absolutely overrun with all sorts of mushrooms.

He stopped wondering if to retreat or not. He had Quillerian's warnings about how dangerous fungi and other such things were.

As if the dungeon wanted to prove Quill's point, he saw a mushroom courser which looked a lot like him suddenly spring up. It was copying his movements as well.

This is not good... but also I kinda want a sample of this fungus for the boys.

Chaos retreated slowly and then when he was a fair distance he grabbed a clump of the mushroom and sped off. 

Samuel didn't need an instruction this time, it had already been shuffling behind him.

When they were in a safe location Chaos packaged the fungus carefully making sure it wasn't touching any other organic items.

After that he determined it was high time for a snack and he got out one of the dried rations packs and dome water.

I always seem to find trouble....
