With a deafening buzz, as cloud of cave bugs flies in your face! AHHH! How did you disturb the swarm? What do you do now?

Diomedes shook his head vigorously, hooves stomping in panic as the cloud of bugs buzzed around his face. "By the gods! What is THAT?!" he swung his head left and right, trying to swat at the buzzing swarm with his large hooves, his mane flailing wildly as he backed away slowly, body tensing with alarm. "I didn’t mean to disturb you, little buggers! I was just minding my own business, making my way along, and now--" he groaned loudly. Sometimes speaking to them helped scare them off-- that, and it kept him distracted from the fact he was alone on this dive. Normally, at least his brother was with him. He swung his hooves at the air, kicking at the swarm, but only making it worse as more bugs zoom around his face. Diomedes tried to squint through the chaos, desperately looking for a way to escape the swarm.

 "Why couldn’t I be a nice, calm surface dwelling horse? Nooo, I had to be a dungeon-crawling, bug-swatting..." He shot a bug from his nostril "...heroic beast." He turned in a circle, trying to escape the swarm, but only succeeded in making himself dizzy. His hooves struck the ground loudly every few steps he took, knocking a pile of loose rocks over, which cascaded down and scatter in all directions. It was a wonder he didn't trip on the stones beneath him. 

"I know! I know what to do! RUN AWAY!" Diomedes charged forward with reckless abandon, crashing down the dungeon corridor, praying to whoever listens that this will get him out of the cloud of bugs. The buzzing grew ouder as he galloped faster, crashing through the dungeon, hoping the swarm would lose interest or that he'd find a way to get away from them. The worst part of this all would be the need to make up an excuse for all of his new bug bites.
