This chamber is guarded by a statue of dark patinated bronze; it depicts a Courser in larger-than-life proportions rearing into the air, its face a silent scream. Perched on its back is a grim-looking human figure, her hands holding straps connected to a painful-looking apparatus in the Courser’s mouth. The monument confuses you, but you do not have long to ponder it before a blast of fire bursts forth from the sculpted Courser’s mouth.

The dungeon was lit up by torches along the wall. Ozroth up front, the group slowly descended the caverns toward the awaiting chambers that promised richdoms and perhaps also danger. The always chattering Shadey Lin walked next to Evangelion, who seemed to pay no mind to the non-stop word soup coming out of the Courser's mouth. 
 
Ozroth suddenly stopped and stared up. 
 
''What is that..,'' Celestia stared in awe as well. 
 
The other two Coursers paid attention now to the task at hand. Before them was the chamber entrance, but it had been blocked off by a looming statue. The bronze shimmered dull in the light of the mounted torches, the features of the carefully crafted artwork telling the story of an ancient being. One of the creatures in the statue they recognized; a Dungeon Courser. The other, mounted at the back of the Courser, was new to them. 
 
To Ozroth it was quickly clear that this was a piece of history lost to time. A statue that held memories of a species no longer existing. It held onto two straps connected to the Courser's mouth, and a sword was attached to its hip. The sword they did recognize. It was a weapon still used to this day, by many Coursers. But had it been wielded by this strange being once as well? Did they invent it perhaps? 
 
Shadey pushed to the front of the group and purred in excitement. ''This must be it! Ooh~ I can't wait to swim in the riches of gold and diamonds~'' 
 
Evangelion chuckled, Ozroth scoffed and Celestia pointed at him. ''First, let's come up with a plan before-'' 
 
Heat spurred out of the Courser statue's mouth. Flames long enough to reach the stone flooring. Ozroth quickly pulled Shadey aside, and Evangelion managed to jump back just in time. Celestia, standing off to the side, felt the tips of her forelock being scorched. 
 
''Heavens! My hair!'' 
 
''Everyone stand back!'' 
 
''I could've been roasted!'' 
 
''I have a feeling this chamber does not want to be entered..''
