Not to be dramatic or anything but in truth, the voices brought her here. Not like in a crazy serial killer voices in her head kind of way. No this is a little bit more complex. Or at least I like to pretend it is. Because you see, what she lacks in sight, she makes up for with her ability to hear. I don't mean like you're a pin drop in a crowded room although she can do that.. what I mean is that she hears things in her sleep.

She does not dream and ornate and colorful pictures. She dreams instead in sounds and clips of noises from places far away. The dungeons came to her in her dreams. She could hear the laughter, the screams, the clinking of hooves on Rock, and the Erie noises that lie just outside the norm. These sounds crept down the tunnels and passageways and into her dreams and in its own way that is what called to her.

So when you do not see, you do not have much use for a world full of beautiful things to look at. But a world below filled with constant sounds even in the silent moments? A world filled with echos and treasure? She had to explore that option more. Plus, she could hear in her dreams that there were those in the Dungeons who were hurting and crying out for a helping hand. And she may or may not dabble in the arts of healing.
