Child(ren) of Two Monsters, Not One

Gale had again attacked Auseklenis, warlock,
They were determined to fight evil such as him,
Even though what happened last time had been a shock,
Lest the whole realm fall to a fate ever so grim.

It seemed they had not learned, the fight grew intense,
New life the two had again spawned through fighting.
Soon there was blood spilled, and no lick of common sense.
"Not again," groaned Gale, upon the new life sighting.

"Oh, that does remind me, where is that little foal?"
Auseklenis asked, curious to their child's fate.
"Did you not take it back to that dungeon hellhole?"
Gale snarked, thinking that he was trying to bait.

"...You ditched them," Auseklenis stated, quite surprised,
"Wow, I thought I was meant to be the evil one...
Congrats, Gale, you have become what you have despised."
Gale had not intended for this... What had they done?

"Left all alone, that child is likely to be dead,"
Auseklenis mused, voice still startled, just slightly,
"I wonder what will happen this time, foals should dread
The fate of being your child, it seems, quite rightly."

Then as Gale stared with horror, Auseklenis left.
It seemed it'd been a child of two monsters, not one.
Knowing this now, Gale could not live this life bereft,
Of evil, it seemed, Gale had Oneiros outdone.
