Prayer does not like this level of the dungeon. It’s hot, it’s full of lava and it’s harder to find anything interesting. Prayer’s mood has been steadily dropping throughout the exploration of those tunnels. 

It does not help that this hellscape has been bringing forth memories of old wounds. 

There was nothing visible on Prayer’s body. It’s not like its parents couldn't afford medicine. But the cult has been ruthless. They wanted the kids strong, strong enough to bring their message further and further away. And so they found many ways to train all the foals and younglings. 

Prayer has always been so glad it all went away in smoke. But it isn’t happy to relive the memories time and time again. 

Wandering around Prayer fights some monsters and solves some riddles but finds nothing. It is getting late. Myrrah the little wisp stopped floating around a while ago and is now resting on Prayer’s back. 

Prayer opens one more door, hoping to find something interesting. The only thing it sees is another stream of lava. It growls and turns around, but its hoof catches on something and Prayers stumbles a little. And it's apparently enough for its bag to open and for a bundle of herbs to fall out. 

“Noooo… My herbs….” Prayer wallows as the bundle of food catches fire immediately after touching the lava.  

Prayer stands there for a long moment, staring at the spot where their favorite snack disappeared. The sudden lack of movement is enough to wake Myrrah up and so the little wisp floats up and looks at Prayer. 

“I think we are going back home,” Prayer says, not looking at its pet. 

Myrrah floats closer to Prayer’s head and touches it, almost like it’s giving Prayer pets. That makes Prayer smile. 

“You are right. It’s going to be alright.” 

It was an annoying journey and for once Prayer is ready to meet its friends waiting on the surface.
