I would describe Xander's human features to be like...if Corpse Bride mashed together with the Witcher/Alucard/ and House of Dragons. I'd like to imagine his horse dappling actually show on his skin too. I also enlcuded 0771 Athreos owned by Sharkaiju in chibi form!
